Reviews and Ratings
This hotel has a charming location, albeit at the top of a steep hill, providing a lovely view. The rooms are very comfy, featuring a beautiful four-poster bed, but the fan quality leaves much to be desired. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff members making sure we were well taken care of. However, the dining experience was decent but not exceptional, and the hotel could benefit from better management and staff training.
The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, and the service was attentive, especially from the humorous waiter. The rooms were spacious with a comfortable four-poster bed and a huge bath. However, the hotel is located at the top of a very steep hill, which can be quite a trek. Overall, it offers great value for money, but the management's lack of staff could be a concern.
The hotel is perched at the top of a steep hill, offering stunning views but making it a bit challenging to navigate around. The rooms are equipped with comfortable four-poster beds and spacious bathrooms, which I really appreciated. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, although I did notice that the management might need a bit more support due to staffing shortages. Overall, it's a clean and welcoming place for a getaway, though the hill might not be ideal for everyone.
The hotel is nestled in a nice, secluded area, just under a mile from Shanklin Village, making it feel quite peaceful. The rooms provide a lovely view and are quite comfortable. The service was top-notch, especially from the friendly staff. On the downside, the location is at the top of a very steep hill, which could be a challenge for some. Overall, it offers good value for money, but the hill might be a deterrent for those less mobile.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which boasted stunning views and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. On the downside, the location is quite steep, making it a bit of an effort to walk back from the beach. Overall, it was a good value for money, though a few minor details could use improvement.
